Paying without insurance
First visit
• A comprehensive evaluation
• 60 minutes
• $400
We'll go through your symptoms, your history, and what you've tried before, and build a treatment plan around your goals.
Follow-up
• Checking how the plan is working
• 30 minutes
• $200
Symptoms, how you're tolerating a medication, what to adjust. Usually every four to eight weeks, adjusted to what you need.
f you're out of network, you can request a superbill to submit to your insurance yourself. Many plans reimburse a portion of what you paid.
Documentation and forms
We can prepare disability certifications, treatment verification letters, court documentation, emotional support animal letters, FMLA paperwork, and school accommodation letters. Additional fees may apply, quoted before we start.
